This tool is aimed at category total -style leagues like rotisserie. If you're in a fantasy points -style league (points only, fantasy points) and it doesn't matter which area of the scoring system your points come from, the Hockey Pool Geek's advice is simply pick players with the highest real value to your fantasy hockey league.
If you have a category totals scoring system, you want to make sure that you're covering off all the categories to better mitigate in case of injury or slump. The Draft Advisor gives you real-time analysis of how your team is developing as your draft unfolds. Enter players as you draft them, and we'll give you advice on what stat categories you need to focus on in your next picks!
Note: we're not going to give you a draft strategy, because there are lots of very effective ones, and we think it's foolish to stubbornly follow a given strategy despite how a draft might be unfolding. The bottom line to getting the best team is to pick players with the highest real value to your league, as late in the draft as you can. We tell you who has the highest real value, but the other part is up to you!
